My Good Intentions Were Buried Today
It is snowing pretty heavily here. In the middle of a cleaning binge on this snowday, I came across a big bag of sunflower seeds that Luke forgot he had. I looked outside and thought about the poor little birdies outside (we have cardinals in a tree by our "compost pile") and so I opened the back door and scattered the seeds on the porch and backyard.
20 minutes later, the seeds are gone, covered by another 2 inches of snow.
Another humbling moment where my intelligence has failed me and left me feeling like the rest of you pitiful saps.
